INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

No licence or ownership is conveyed to You. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without Our prior written permission.

WEBSITE USER CONDUCT

INDEMNITY

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement and any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

DATA & PRIVACY (UK GDPR)

SEVERABILITY; NO WAIVER; HEADINGS

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. No failure to enforce is a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
